Please initial the following conditions of sale representing your agreement to the terms of this contract.

2. ________:  A: If for any reason this puppy cannot remain with the purchaser for 

it’s lifetime, the purchaser shall contact the breeder first.  The breeder will 

either take the puppy back or arrange for a new home.  The purchaser/buyer is expressly 

forbidden under any circumstance to abandon this dog, place it in an animal shelter,

 place the dog in another home without the breeder’s consent, euthanize it for behavioral

 reasons with out consent from the breeder, give or sell it to an institution for research/service, 

pet store, guard dog business or any such agent not specified.   The buyer agrees that neither he/she nor the

 buyer’s estate/executors may sell this puppy or transfer ownership of this puppy with out 

the breeder’s knowledge and written consent.

B: The re-imbursement schedule will be as follows (for healthy puppies):  The buyer has 30 days after

purchase of the puppy (day pup goes home with buyer) to return the puppy for a full refund.  At 91 days of 

age the buyer will receive half of their purchase price if the pup is returned. Between 90-150 days of age

the buyer will be refunded one third of the re-sale price of the puppy at the time of re-sale.  

Any forfeiture of the puppy after 151 days following purchase date, will not result in a refund, however, 

the buyer is still required  to return the puppy to the breeder as stated in section 2, part A. regardless age.

3. ________:  It is our promise to you that the puppy you have purchased has been bred with the utmost concern for sound 

temperament and body.  We believe to the best of our knowledge the puppy is in good health at the time of sale.  The purchaser 

agrees to take the puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within 14 days of purchase for a health check.  

Any veterinarian’s diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen by the breeder.  Should said Veterinarian not 

concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a tenured faculty member of an accredited University Veterinary Teaching 

Hospital or Board Certified in the applicable specialty.  Cost of the opinions is to be assumed by the buyer.  

If the dog is determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributed to the breeder, the dog may, upon presentation of a 

written diagnosis from the said Veterinarian, be returned for a full refund or replacement of another dog of equal value, the choice of 

which is the breeder’s. 

4. _________:  This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary crippling/disabling defects visible by 24 months of age.  

Determination of constitutes a hereditary defect is to be made as specified in section 3.  If this puppy is sold as show quality, 

at the age of two years this puppy should be x-rayed for hip Dysplasia (OFA).  If at that time he/she is diagnosed as having this 

condition, the breeder agrees to take the puppy back and refund the purchase price or replace the dog with one of equal value, 

the choice of which is the breeder’s. 

 IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO US AS BREEDERS TO BE MADE AWARE OF ANY SERIOUS ILLNESS SO ANY 

GENETIC PROBLEMS MAY BE ELIMINATED FROM FUTURE BREEDINGS.

5 __________:  If the puppy is sold as show quality, the buyer agrees that the animal will not be used for breeding purposes until 

the age of at least 24 months and has their AKC show title, and will meet the below criteria before breeding.  All puppies  will be

 bred to another Vizsla only, (which must meet the following criteria as well). 

►         Registered Confirmation Champion with the AKC (unless pre-approved by breeder).

►         Current negative Brucellosis  test report from a Veterinarian

►         OFA certification for hips

►         Females shall be bred only every other heat cycle or no more than one back-to-back cycle with one year rest period 

        before breeding again.  She shall be no younger than 24 months when bred and no older than 7 years.

►         The breeder shall approve all mating AND mate selection.  

►        The breeder of the female for which this contract pertains to is required to use and enforce  this contract for all puppies this bitch produces.

Should the buyer breed the animal before ALL the requirements listed in the section are met, the buyer acknowledges the

 seller’s right to execute their right to repossess the animal that this contract pertains to.  If the animal in question is a bitch, 

the seller may also repossess any and all offspring derived from the breeding in question.  There will be NO refund for any 

monies paid and will be left to the seller’s discretion as to the placement of the animal and any offspring.  If a litter is whelped

without the above conditions being met there will be liquidated damages of $10,000 to be paid by the buyer due to breach of contract

and repossession of the animal this contract pertains to.

6____The buyer will  always act in accordance with VCA and TBVC code of ethics.  Any breach of any ethics code can result in 

repossession of the puppy with no refund to the buyer. 

(Buyers are supplied with a copy and understand these by-laws)

7 __________:  Pet/Companion dogs are sold under Limited Registration with the AKC, which will prohibit breeding and 

registering offspring.  No puppy sold, as a pet/companion dog shall be bred with out written consent of the breeder. Should 

the buyer not meet this criteria in this section of this agreement, the seller may then execute the right to repossess the puppy 

with out refund of any monies paid to the seller.  The buyer agrees to have this dog altered (SPAYED/ NEUTERED) at or

 between the ages of __10_months and   _26_ months.  The AKC LIMITED REGISTRATION form will be withheld 

until the seller receives a statement verifying the alteration from the veterinarian performing the surgery.  Upon receipt of 

certificate of spay/neuter and any monies/fees associated with AKC protocol, the seller agrees to forward to the buyer the 

AKC registration paper application at full registration status if the buyer requests it.   If the dog or bitch is not altered by the age 

of 24 months, the breeder has the right to pick the dog or bitch up, get it altered at the breeders expense, and return the dog/bitch to the

 owners after the procedure is completed.

FAILURE TO HAVE DOG ALTERED WITHIN THE AGREED TIME PERIOD VOIDS ALL GUARANTEES AFTER ONE YEAR OF DATE OF SALE.

8._______All registration papers must be sent into the AKC with appropriate fee by the buyer 
within 30 days after the pup leaves the breeder, and the Surname of Rajki or Rajki's must be on the Registered Name.

9__________:  The buyer agrees that the seller may repossess the animal upon evidence of neglect and or abuse to this puppy 

or any other dogs in the home of the owner.  The repossession of this puppy is at no expense to the seller, and no refund of any monies to the buyer.

10___________:  The Buyer agrees that the puppy will NOT be left alone in a backyard or Kennel only.  The Buyer agrees that the animal will reside at the home of the buyer, and have access to a fenced yard (6 ft. wood privacy fence is advisable, but other detainment systems are allowed with the approval of the breeder).  The dog shall never be chained or “tied out” for extended periods (See section 8).  This animal is sold with the understanding that it was to go to select homes, socialized properly, and become a member of the family and will reside inside the home.

11___________:  The buyer agrees that he/she shall enroll in and COMPLETE an obedience class by 12 months of age, unless exempt with prior permission form the breeder.  (This is to ensure that the puppy is properly socialized.)

12 ___________:  The buyers agree to notify the Breeder of any changes of address and phone number during the puppy’s lifetime.

13___________:  The buyer agrees to have a microchip implanted in the puppy by 4 months of age. The buyers agrees to include the name, address and phone number of the breeder as an emergency contact on the microchip application and will forward a copy of this to the breeder with in two months of the original purchase date.  The buyer agrees to update any changes with the microchip company of the Breeders address and contact information during the animal’s lifetime.

14 ____________:  The buyer agrees to maintain preventative care of the puppy in regards Hip Dysplasia and health such as proper nutrition, proper exercise, and preventing stress injuries (i.e.: recommend not letting the puppy routinely jump from heights taller than itself at the shoulder until at least 18 months of age, and no forceful running).   The buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to:  inoculations, internal and external parasites, heart worm preventative, and food of adequate nutrition recommended by a licensed veterinarian or the breeder.  The buyer agrees to follow the general guidelines set by the breeder in regards to inoculations and healthcare.

15______ If the puppy is sold as show quality, the buyer agrees to enter and show the puppy in an AKC registered show by the age of 9 months and compete in at least 6 shows by 2 yrs of age.

16. ____________:  The buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and that this contract is legally binding under the jurisdiction of the State of Florida, in the country of the United States of America.  The Breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Other than those written in the agreement including, with out limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness.  This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale.  The Buyers initials before each subsection and signature below indicated that he/she has read, agree and does understand all conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contact of Sale.

17  ______ The parties agree this contract shall be governed by Florida Law.  All parties agree the venue for any litigation arising from the provisions of this agreement shall be the federal or State Courts in Volusia County despite where the puppy and/or owners reside at the time of such litigation.
